Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has warned Manchester United off bidding for goalkeeper Hugo Lloris by insisting he is not for sale.
With David de Gea’s future at Old Trafford in the spotlight in recent season, Lloris has long since been linked with a move away from White Hart Lane.
But, speaking to the Daily Express, Pochettino was adamant his club captain would not be leaving.
“There are always rumours about the players, but we want to keep him [Lloris] for the future, not only for the present,” he said.
“We want to build the next squad and the future with him. He is very happy with us.”
