Alvaro Morata has signed a new deal with Italian giants Juventus, that’ll keep him at the club till 2020.
Morata’s existing deal was due to expire in 2019, but an extension of one year has been included.
And despite being unable to replicate last year’s form, he has been offered a new one.
However, speaking last week, Allegri said: “Morata is an extraordinary player and needs to remain calm.
“I ask a lot of him, but the same goes for the rest of the team.”
Morata joined Juve from Real Madrid in 2014 and was subject to a buy-back clause, but it is not clear whether his new contract will affect any such arrangement.
Juve sit fifth in Serie A and face high-flying Fiorentina on Sunday.
