This weekend kicks of with the party of the year tagged #TurnUpForTheBlueLounge SLU…SHH House Party exclusively at the SLU…SHH Mansion, it’s an experience you definitely don’t want to get caught missing out on.

There’s also a paint party, yep, a paint party where you get to paint and party at the same time, only in Lagos; a play called ‘Band Aid’ will also be performed this weekend plus  the screening of documentary on the history of Lagos fashion.

Also if you’re in the capital city of Abuja and you’re a classy baller then head out to Shop and Play on Wednesday for the Grandaughter Fashion Night & Candle Lights.

 Screening of Eko For Show: A History Of Lagos Fashion.

A documentary on the history of fashion in Lagos, Eko For Show explores the various social, economic and political factors that has made Lagos fashion what it is starting from the 14th Century till date.

 Band Aid by Abiodun Kassim

A story of three band mates – Femi (Patrick Diabuah), Flex (Tosin Gregory) and Tony (Femi Leye) connected by their love for music who meet and fall in love with Ivie (Goodness Emmanuel) who is also a music enthusiast. They think she can help them conquer their fears and become successful, they think she has come to save them from themselves but she takes them on as a project to fill a void in her life. What happens when her demons emerge from the past she is trying to escape from?

Band Aid is written by Abiodun Kassim and directed by Kenneth Uphopho (SARO & London Life Lagos Living) and produced by Zainab Kassim for Majmua Theatre in collaboration with Oluwanishola Adenugba for Live Theatre on Sunday and TerraKulture. Tickets are ₦3,000 and ₦ 5,000 (for Premium Seating)

Lagos Cocktail Week.

First introduced in 2014 by cocktail enthusiasts and Lara Rawa, CEO of Eventi Cocktails, Lagos Cocktail Week was created to showcase the best of Lagos cocktail culture, similar to cocktail weeks that hold in major cities around the world.

The week-long event aims at providing individuals, businesses, corporations and global brands a platform to interact, connect and share brand value.There will be exhibitions, masterclasses, tastings among other side attractions and activities.

A master-class will run for the 13th of November 2015 at the official hub. This is targeted at consumers who are interested in developing their soft skills.
