Babatunde Fashola resumes Ministerial duties
Former Lagos state governor Babatunde Raji Fashola has officially started work on his ministerial appointments.
Fashola had been dubbed “Assistant President” on social media after he was named minister for the Ministries of Power, Works & Housing.
Fashola had headed to the ministry after the inauguration, where he spoke to the staff about working together.
“We are here to work with you, in solving problems on ground as quickly as possible, we want to know if some of those problems are man-made or systemic,” he said.
“We want information on what has been done, what remained to be done, and what are the future plans, we want to continue from there. We need to do more so as to regain lost time” he said.
