Kris Jenner sued over Kim Kardashian: Hollywood
Video game developers Kung Fu Factory are suing Kris Jenner over Kim Kardashian’s hugely popular mobile game.
According to their lawsuit, the developers contacted Jenner over making a video app, but were just strung along.
Kung Fu claim their proposal for the app, which included the character appearance and the gameplay mode, was seen by Jenner’s team.
They added that Jenner’s team never got back to them on a decision, and told them months later that talks were “dead.”
All of a sudden, Kim Kardashian: Hollywood was released in 2014, and Kung Fu Factory claims the game bore a lot of similarities to the proposal they submitted.
The game has reportedly pulled in over $200 million in just its first year, and the developers are seeking damages.
