Former Arsenal striker, Thierry Henry has criticised Arsenal for not being good enough against Tottenham, following their 1-1 draw earlier.
Tottenham went ahead in the first half via Harry Kane, but substitute Kieran Gibbs denied them the full points by netting an equalizer.
And after City failed to secure a win earlier today, Henry believes Arsenal were not good enough as they missed out on a potential title shot.
“I still think that Tottenham played better than Arsenal did today at the Emirates,” the pundit said on Sky Sports.
“Ultimately for me, you knew Man City drew the game and you can get two points ahead of them and they didn’t take that opportunity today.
“Yes, they didn’t play well but you have to manage to win these types of games when you are not playing well – no matter how, now matter what, especially against Tottenham.
“I would say the desire was back in the second half but overall it wasn’t enough.”
