Amir Khan takes over Bolton Wanderers
Popular Bolton Wanderers fan, British Boxer Amir Khan and a former player of the club, Dean Holdsworth, are set to complete a takeover of the club.
In the deal worth a reported £15million, Holdsworth, who played for the club for 6 years, will become the new chairman.
Current chairman Phil Gartside will end his 16-year stay at the club, and will pay off all club debts.
The Trotters are in dire need of the change, sitting second-to-bottom in the Championship, with manager Neil Lennon under severe pressure already.
