Most expensive secondary schools in Nigeria
Education isn’t cheap, at least not at these schools on this list of the most expensive secondary schools in Nigeria.
All the schools on the list are privately owned, with majority of them owned by foreigners. Most of them charge in dollars, hence it is no surprise that they are mostly located in Lagos and Abuja.
The list is topped by the American International School, Lagos, with a reported annual fee per student of N5.5 million. Not so close behind is the British-based Grange High School, located in GRA Ikeja, with an annual fee of N4.5 million.
Ranked 3rd on the list is British International School, where students pay an annual fee of N4.48 million. American International School, Abuja, is the only school outside Lagos in the top 5, charging N4.3 million yearly. The top 5 is rounded out by Lekki British International School, with a fee of N4 million.
