Wayne Rooney is set to be honored by England at the Wembley Stadium for becoming the country’s all-time leading goal scorer but the Manchester United captain could then miss the clash against Estonia.
Wayne Rooney suffered a knock in Manchester United’s 3-0 loss to Arsenal on Sunday and then missed training on Tuesday as he was assessed by the English medical staff and declared unfit. Rooney also missed practice this morning.
Danny Ings and Jonjo Shelvey also missed the training session and could all sit out the Estonia clash. England won’t worry too much though as they are already through to the EURO 2016
