Well, he has to be watching somebody. Mourinho has seen his Chelsea side grossly under-perform in the Premier league this season and he may be looking to improve his side with a player from his old club.
Francisco Alacorn, popularly known as “Isco” has grown into a regular at Real Madrid and has featured heavily under Benitez in recent weeks. Mourinho was in Ukraine to watch them take on Spain. Original reports suggested that the embattled tactician was there to watch Andriy Yarmolenko. It is now however understood that the special one was there for Isco as well as to check out the performances of his players, Diego Costa, Fabregas, Pedro and Cesar Azpilicueta. As Mourinho makes his transfer plans for January, an attacking midfielder is expected to feature heavily in those plans
Mourinho might be unable to make a move for Isco in January but the Chelsea manager would try if he is still at the helm of affairs at the club as he looks to revive the club from the ashes of the current terrible run of form.
