A lot of men face problems with weak erection and sustaining an erection for long. People have proffered solutions ranging from the simple to the bizarre. You must have walked past a street corner where unlicensed herbal practitioners have advertised drugs which they claim would make your erections last longer but which their safety cannot be guaranteed. However, the absence of sperm makes the risk of pregnancy minute which in turn reduces anxiety and has an overall psychological effect on your performance.

Try Not To Hit Your Thing On Hard Objects
All it takes to rupture the elongated “pipe” corposa cavernosa, which runs down the entire length of the penis is hitting your erect penis on the public bone of your partner or any other hard object you can find.

A recent study found out that men who walked between 2 to 4 kilometres a day had lesser erection problems than men who took cars to everywhere. Fat deposits tend to stiffen the arteries in the penis which are places where chemicals are being made and released into the bloodstream. As such, the more you tend to exercise, the healthier and more flexible the arterial linings of your penis become and the better your erections are.

Avoid Things That Reduce The Penis
Researchers have found that smokers generally have smaller penises than nonsmokers including the length of erections. Irwin Goldstein, M.D., a urologist at the Boston University medical center says that “In addition to damaging blood vessels, smoking may cause damage to penile tissue itself, making it less elastic and preventing it from stretching,”. You sure have no better reason to quit smoking than this.

Yawn a Lot
The human body is wired to see yawning and gaining an erection the same way as both actions are controlled by nitric oxide (a chemical released in the brain). Nitric oxide can travel down to the nerves that control opening of the mouth, breathing and even down to the blood vessels that feed the penis.

Of course, it’s not ideal to have yawn during the process of foreplay, but yawning now and again will help to clear the neurochemical pathways that lead to good erections.

Keep It To One Woman
It’s a common phenomenon to find men that have multiple sex partners having issues gaining an erection. Doctors who treat erectile dysfunction often times recommend sticking to one partner (usually the official one).
