Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has refuted speculation linking the Premier League champions with Sevilla winger Yehven Konoplyanka.
Speaking ahead of the Blues’ Champions League clash with Dynamo Kiev, Mourinho said: “I don’t like to speak about the players I play against because if I speak badly I motivate them and if I speak well I motivate them.
“When people start some rumours they should think before the rumour.
“Why? Because when Chelsea have Pedro, [Eden] Hazard, Willian, Kenedy, [Bertrand] Traore, [Juan] Cuadrado, [Victor] Moses and [Mohamed] Salah.
“We cannot make a collection of wingers. So when people want to find rumours they have to have to pick positions where we don’t have so many.”
