Former Madrid manager, Carlo Ancelotti has heaped praise on a complete France squad and backs Deschamps men ahead of Spain and Germany for the Euro trophy.
Ancelotti, who managed in France, when he coached PSG for a season and a half, says the players in the squad, leave little weakness for Deschamps.
Ancelotti is not forgetting that Spain and Germany will be tough opposition, but believes home advantage will play a big role for France.
“I think that the France can win the Euros,” he told Telefoot. “There’s plenty of competition, Germany and Spain, for example.
Ancelotti was particularly glowing of three players he has worked with before, highlighting the importance of his former PSG and Real Madrid squad members.
“[But] it [France] has a really complete team with very good players such as Blaise [Matuidi], Karim [Benzema] and Raphael [Varane] and they will play at home, which is very important.”
