Juventus boss, Massimiliano Allegri has been forced to defend the use of Dybala, following criticism from Palermo President.
The President accused Allegri of ruining Dybala, after only using him for just seven minutes in the match against Borussia Mochengladbach.
Allegri has now insisted he picks based on form and not how much a player cost, and Dybala cost a lot.
“I don’t choose players based on how much they cost. I choose whoever is playing better,” he said.
“Dybala, I say again, has good quality. He’ll become a great player but he needs time. A few weeks ago I said the same about [Juan] Cuadrado, but he cannot play every game until May.”
