Wilshere Set For Surgery And Three Months On The Sidelines

This injury prone Arsenal midfielder always gets the short end of the stick. Arsenal Midfielder Jack Wilshere is set to undergo surgery that’ll keep him out till December.

Wilshere suffered a hairline fracture of his fibula following a heavy collision in pre-season training, with Wenger hoping he’ll be fit after the international break.

Unfortunately for the 23-year-old midfielder, Wenger reported he suffered a setback on the road to recovery and will now go under the knife.

The surgery is said to feature a metal plate. This is such sad news for wilshere who missed six months of last season after receiving surgery for an ankle injury.

There’s a wheelchair joke here involving Wilshere, I’m sure you can crack it.
