De Gea Named In Manchester United’s UCL Squad

share on:

David De Gea was unable to secure a move to Real Madrid before the transfer deadline day and Van Gaa has decided to use his talisman in the UEFA Champions league after De Gea was named in Manchester United’s squad for this season’s competition.

De Gea is yet to feature on the team sheet talk more of the pitch for Manchester United this season as Sergio Romero has started all of Manchester United’s games including both legs of the UEFA champions league play-off matches against club Brugge as Van Gaal claimed De Gea was not in the right frame of mind as the Spaniard tried to force his way to Real Madrid. The transfer didn’t go through and both sides would be looking to make amends as Manchester United would look to welcome the player back and De Gea would look to appear more for the club in the hope of making it to the EURO 2016 Championships in France with Spain. Both Van Gaal and De Gea would have to swallow their pride and admit that for at least the next 9 months, they need each other.
