Apple’s iPhone 6s sells big
Apple has topped its record for highest first-weekend sales with the launch of the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus.
Apple had sold 10 million units during the first weekend of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, but has sold 13 million units of the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus since its release on Friday.
The boost in sales is being attributed to the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus going on sale in China on time, compared to last time were it was delayed by Chinese regulators.
According to investment bankers UBS AG, Apple is expected to sell about 78.4 million iPhones in the last 3 months of the year.
