Juventus are looking set to bolster thier midfield with the signings of Chelsea’s Ramires and Shalke 04’s Julian Draxler.
Juventus have been in the market trying to improve their squad following the departures of Andrea Pirlo, Arturo Vidal and Carlos Tevez in the summer. Julian Draxler has been on Massimo Allegri’s radar for a while and Juventus were given permission by Shalke to negotiate presonal terms with the attacking midfielder as Allegri looks to ad a trequatrista to his side this season. Ramires has been on the fringes for CHelsea over the last 15 months and would welcome a move to Juventus which offers the opportunity of more first team football and Chelsea are reportedly willing to part ways with the Brazilian for a reasonable fee that Juventus have been rumored to be willing to accept. While no official announcement has been made, we expect both players to probably move within the next two weeks.
Juventus were the losers in last season’s UEFA Champions League final as they went down to Barcelona but recently won the Super Copa Italia, beating Lazio 2-0, following a season in which they picked up a domestic double
