Balotelli on AC Milan move
Mario Balotelli has revealed he’s ready to play football like a man following his move to AC Milan.
Balotelli, who had joined Liverpool from the Italian side, returns to the San Siro after just one year in England.
“I feel like I’ve just moved past the first part of my career,” he said. “I played and lived like a boy.”
“Everything didn’t go well as I’ve thrown away several chances. But the match isn’t over yet.”
“I still have a second half ahead of me. Now I will play and live it like a man. I must try to do so, and I am certain I will.”
Balotelli has already settled with the Milan squad, and has trained with the team, who face Empoli on Saturday.
Balotelli had scored four goals after a much hyped £16million move to Anfield.
The Italy international revealed he was eager at the chance to return to Italy.
“All of a sudden. My agent Mino (Raiola) told me on Saturday: ‘Get your luggage and get on a private plane, you are going back to Milan’. There was no need for a private plane, I took a commercial flight and I returned.”
