Kevin De Bruyne is waiting on an agreement between Manchester City and Wolfsburg on his return to the EPL, according to his agent.
Manchester City are determined to get the Belgium international and have launched a £45 million bid, paying £40 million up front and £5 million later in add-ons.
Patrick De Koster, De Bruyne’s agent says they’re waiting on more information from both clubs.
“Kevin remains a Wolfsburg player, and is focused on his job at the club,” De Koster told reporters. “I have read a lot of nonsense in the media.
“We are waiting to discover whether any agreement has been reached between clubs. That is for the clubs to decide, and not for us. There is no medical planned at this stage, and he is happy at Wolfsburg.”
