Hannibal doesn’t look like it would be getting resurrected anytime soon.
The popular horror series — which stars Mads Mikkelsen and Hugh Dancy — was dropped by NBC in June, and is yet to find a new host network.
Hannibal had aired on NBC for 3 seasons since its inception in 2013, but since the cut, the show’s creator Bryan Fuller has been trying to find a new home for the show.
In response to a fan, Fuller revealed on Twitter that both Amazon and Netflix had turned down the chance to host the show’s 4th season.

Amazon’s decision to refuse the show is particularly surprising, as they hold the online streaming rights to the show’s first three seasons.
Fuller had even expected Amazon to pick it up, but his hopes have now been dashed.
Hannibal follows the lives of FBI special investigator Will Graham (played by Hugh Dancy) and forensic psychiatrist Dr. Hannibal Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen).
