Vidal Handed 2 year Driving Ban

Chilean authorities have suspended the driving license of Juventus midfielder, Arturo Vidal for two years after he was found guilty of driving under the influence of Alcohol.

Arturo Vidal crashed his Ferrari on the 17th of June and was arrested, later released so he could compete in the Copa America, Vidal was formally charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and public misconduct after he insulted the police officers that attended the scene in which the Juve star’s wife suffered an elbow injury. Vidal is also expected to make donations to the local area affected by the incidence and would issue a public apology to the police force and the officers he insulted.

Vidal who is in a celebratory mood is currently on holiday following a fruitful season with Juventus and a successful Copa America campaign.
