Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has hailed new signing, Brazilian forward Roberto Firmino. He also believes he will adapt to life in the EPL.
The Brazil international secured a €30 million move to Anfield in June and the 23-year-old is a major signing for Liverpool.
Rodgers believes the former Hoffenheim player who scored 10 goals and had 12 assists will be an integral part of the team, due to his top class attributes.
“Roberto Firmino is a top class player,” Rodgers told reporters at a press conference in Thailand ahead of a series of pre-season friendlies.
“Of course there is no pressure. He will come into the Premier League, it takes a bit of time to adapt. But he has all the traits we want from a player. He works very hard.”
