Rivaldo and Son Score In The Same Match

share on:

Very Few football families have the father and son play together in the same match but Brazil legend Rivaldo and is son did not just play together for Mogi Mirim but both players scored as their side won the game 3-1

Rivaldo, 43 had retired early this year but decided to return to football last month and plays in the Brazilian second division and in the clash against Macae, Rivaldo crossed the ball for his son, Rivaldinho to nod home after three minutes before rounding the victory off later in the game.

Rivaldo’s son may not rise to the level his father did, indeed very few players will but nothing can replace the joy of playing alongside a legend, especially when that legend is your father.
