Port Harcourt Refinery Begins Production Of Crude Oil

The Managing Director of the Port Harcourt Refining Company, PHRC, Dr Bafred Enjugu has announced that the refinery has commenced the production of crude oil.

This disclosure was made on Wednesday during a visit by Governor Nyesom Wike.

Enjugu said, ”This TAM was carried out solely by our people here in Nigeria. Today, the Refinery has started production as a result of the determination of our technical personnel”.

It was learnt that the refinery commenced production after the completion of the first phase of Turn Around Maintenance, TAM.

Crude oil will be supplied, soonest to the facility by sea vessels.
