Seattle Sounders attacking duo Clint Dempsey & Obafemi Martins were named in the squad.

Martin’s inclusion was through the More Than A Vote competition, a collaboration between the MLS & EA Sports, which the former Super Eagles won because fans scored over 1 million goals with him on FIFA 15.

MLS commissioner Don Garber is allowed 2 picks, which he used to nominate Steven Gerrard & Frank Lampard, who are yet to make their MLS debuts.
