According to Barcelona board member Jordi Mestre if Barcelona were to launch another bid for Juventus midfielder Pogba, it will be on Enrique’s orders.
Barcelona reached out to juventus and got an €80 million bid rejected for the Frenchman and no further attempt to sign the youngster has been made.
With the reelection of Bartomeu, the possibility of a new bid is high, but it will have to be driven by Luis Enrique.
“If the coaching team ask for Pogba, we will study it,” he told Cadena COPE. “In principle, the squad for next season is finished.
“But if Luis Enrique asks for some reinforcement somewhere, the door is open.”
