Biglia: Argentina Turned Its Back On Messi

share on:

Lucas Biglia, Argentine midfielder has said that if Messi decides to take a break from the national team, he will have the support of his teammates.

The Albiceleste captain has been criticized after Argentina failed to lift the Copa in Chile, with one criticism coming from his grandfather.

Biglia believes the Argentina supporters are not showing Messi enough respect, the same way the Barcelona supporters give to the four time Ballon d’or winner.

“We have to thank Leo for choosing to play for a country that turned its back on him,” Biglia told Estudio Futbol.

“If he needs a break from the national team, Messi knows that the players will support him.”

  1. Why is messi so criticized.he always gets close and takes any of his teams far.why doesn’t anyone say Ronaldo sucks.he hasn’t done anything with his selection that’s close to messi.
