Chelsea and Super Eagles winger Victor Moses is said to be reluctant to re-join Stoke City on a permanent basis and prefers a move to London neighbours Tottenham.

Moses spent last season on loan at Stoke, scoring four goals in 23 games in all competitions during a decent stint at the Britannia Stadium.

Chelsea looking to offer him up in part-exchange for goalkeeper Asmir Begovic but Victor Moses has apparently refused to sign for Stoke City

Should Moses snub the chance to return to Stoke, Tottenham could be the team that leads the race for his signature, with the Daily Mirror reporting over the weekend that Mauricio Pochettino’s men are pursuing a deal to bring the Chelsea misfit to White Hart Lane.
