Ross and his bodyguard were arrested by the US Marshals Service fugitive task force, and are both being held on charges of kidnapping, aggravated assault and aggravated battery.
The incident — which was said to have happened two weeks ago — saw Ross whip out a pistol at a worker in his home after getting into a fight with him.
A US Marshals supervisor, Jim Joyner, revealed that Ross and his bodyguard had closed the gate to the premises, but let themselves be arrested without a scuffle.
“They refused to open the gate, so we opened the gate for them,” Joyner said. “They didn’t put up a struggle or anything.”
