Loic Remy wasn’t what you would call a regular for Chelsea last season and mainly featured in cup matches and from the bench in the league. The Frenchman is obviously bothered by the imminent arrival of Radamel Falcao to the London club and the former QPR man is seeking either alternatives or reassurances.
The former Newcastle United forward played second fiddle to Diego Costa last season and has made it clear that his target is more playing time this season but that might not be the case if the Falcao arrives and hits the form that commanded the huge fee Manchester United paid for the Colombian last season. Falcao is one of Mourinho’s primary transfer target, the former Real Madrid manager is obviously bent on having three quality strikers in his side following the departure of Didier Drogba.
Remy is going to meet with Chelsea officials in coming weeks and depending on the outcome of the meeting, Loic Remy could be available for sale during the transfer window.
