The mother of one is reportedly taking drastic measures in the diet department so that some of the occurrences during her first pregnancy does not repeat itself.
For instance, Kim is ditching the donuts for protein shakes and cutting some types of food from her diet completely.
She is also avoiding salt and drinking lots of water.
Kim has employed a nutritionist to help her with her diet during the nine month journey.
