The Super Falcons of Nigeria fought back from 2 goals down to draw their opening match of the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup against Sweden.

An own goal from Desire Oparanozie and a goal from Nilla Fischer put the Swedes 2 goals up, but the Super Eagles fought back in the second half with rapid fire goals from Ngozi Okobi and BBC Womens Player of The Year Asisat Oshoala leveled matters.

Substitute Linda Sembrandt looked to give the Europeans the win after her 60th minute goal, but an 87th minute goal from Francicsa Ordega ensured a share of the spoils for the Nigerians.
