Actress Jennifer Lawrence is reportedly threatening to leave Sony’s upcoming movie, Passengers.
The Hunger Games star had been booked to star in the movie alongside Chris Pratt, with Morten Tyldum, who directed The Imitation Game, to direct it.
Then executive producer, Amy Pascal, had agreed a fee of $20 million for Lawrence, $10 million for Pratt and $3 million for Tyldum.
Tom Rothman, who has however replaced Pascal at Sony, is not keen to pay Lawrence the agreed fees.
Rothman and co are said to be worried that the film will not do well because it is not a franchise, but Lawrence is reportedly set to walk away unless the $20 million fee is met.
