At an appearance on Whoolywood Shuffle, a show hosted by DJ Whoo Kid, veteran hip hop artiste Snoop Dogg touched on a range of subjects, especially the Suge Knight case, stating that he feels sorry for the former music executive.
Born Marion Hugh ‘Suge’ Knight, the 50-year-old Compton native was involved in a hit-and-run accident on January 29th in which he knocked off and killed a 55-year-old man, Terry Carter, as well as severely injuring another, Cle Sloan, 51.
Snoop revealed that he had made up with Suge before the incident, which makes it all the more a reason he feels sorry for him. He also opened on how Suge had been of help in the past, and how he also did help Suge in return.
“I feel sorry for him. Because I made up with him. And me and him, we got on a great page before this nonsense started happening. Cause I played the role of being the big man. I don’t ever kick a man when he down. And I always look forward to building a relationship with somebody who I had a relationship with. And I feel like a lot of times it just be misunderstandings. And it be people in the entourage. As opposed to the two people really hating each other. I never hated him and he never really hated me. How could you hate me when I made you $100 million? And how can I hate you when you helped me build a team to beat my murder case…That’s why I’ve always had an open heart for him.”
