Jose Mourinho has warned that the sporadic increase in transfer fees this season could result in a “wall street collapse” in the market this season.
Though the Chelsea manager is not interested in making any buys, he believes his rivals could cause chronic financial disruption with the likes of Bale and Pogba available.
“The market is difficult. I can imagine that this summer will be like Wall Street collapsing,” he told the press.
“I can imagine that some clubs are coming with such determination to the market that they will disrupt the market and take it to an unexpected direction.”
