Earthquake Of 4.3 Magnitude Hits Kent, UK

It was reported by Sky news a few hours ago, that an earthquake of magnitude 4.3 just hit a county in South East England-Kent-

The last time Kent experienced an earthquake was in 2007, and that earthquake was about the same magnitude as today’s-4.3- The earthquake is said to have lasted for about 10seconds.

There have been no reports on any damage done to building or loss of lives. According to the British Geological Survey, this earthquake is approximately 260,000 times smaller than Nepal’s earthquake of magnitude 7.8
