With the Euro 2016 lurking around the corner and qualifiers for the competition slated to be played, Germany coach , Joachim Low has released the squad list.
In this squad though, Bayern Munich goalkeeper, Manuel Neuer and teammate, Thomas Muller have been left out. Surprisingly also, Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos has also been left out.
Neuer has an ankle injury he is struggling with and this is Low’s reason for dropping the Bayern man.
“I have always been able to count on Thomas and Toni, they have given great service to the national team,” Low said.
“Manuel is a model of dedication. Everyone knows he is one of those players who always wants to play, but our team doctor informed me that Manuel can’t train without feeling pain at the moment.”
