Radamel Falcao‘s loan at Manchester United is now over and he will now return to Monaco.
The Colombian striker had joined the club on loan in September, with United having the option to make the deal permanent.
A torrid 9 months in England saw El Tigre score only 4 goals, and as many speculated, the Red Devils have declined the option of keeping him.
Club manager Louis van Gaal told ManUtd.com: “Falcao is a top professional and a good human being. On behalf of myself and everyone at the club I would like to wish him well for the future.”
