Music mogul Suge Knight has been ordered to stand trial for murder.
Knight, 49, was involved in a fatal hit-and-run on January 29, which resulted in severe injuries for Cle ‘Bone’ Sloan and the death of 55-year-old man Terry Carter.
The Deathrow co-founder had been in jail while preliminary hearings on whether there is enough evidence to take him to trial had been taking place.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Ronald Coen has decided there is sufficient evidence for a case, so Knight will stand trial for the murder of Carter and the attempted murder of Sloan.
Knight’s bail has however been reduced from $25 million to $10 million.
