Kim Kardashian and her family including her rapper husband, Kanye West and daughter North West have taken a trip down to Her hometown, Armenia, to learn a lot more about their heritage and also raise recognition for genocide.
While on the family vacation, 34-year-old reality star Kim and her younger sibling Khloe paid a courtesy visit to the Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan. The pair were joined by their cousins Kourtni and Kara for the visit.
Kim is reportedly working on a documentary on the Armenian genocide, ahead of events later this month to mark the 100th anniversary of the killings.
In a statement, the government said:
‘The Kardashians apologized for not speaking Armenian but said they are learning their native language. They pledged to continue the struggle for international recognition and condemnation of the Armenian genocide.’
The Kardashians have refused to talk to press during their visit but have been keeping fans up-to-date with what they have been up to via social media.
