Chelsea’s Eden Hazard has been rewarded for his industrious play and consistent performances for Chelsea this season by fellow footballers with the PFA player of the year award for the 2014/2015 season.
Hazard beat stiff competition from Tottenham’s Harry Kane and Manchester United’s Davod De Gea to pick up the award. While other nominees like Coutinho, Diego Costa and Fabregas have seen their form deep at some point during the season, Hazard much like Kane and De Gea has kept his performance level very high all season. The Belgian has also scored a lot of important goals including the winner against Manchester United last weekend as well as providing various assist to ensure that Chelsea would almost certainly be named EPL Champions this season.
Hazard who is on the radar of Real Madrid for a possible transfer is currently one of the top performers in the game across the world.
