Carlo Ancelotti’s position as the manager of Real Madrid is currently not certain for next season as the former AC Milan manager could be on his way out of the Bernabeu just one season after delivering “La Decima” and his next point of call could be Manchester City.
Ancelotti came under attack after his Real Madrid side let a 5 point lead in the La liga slip after getting knocked out of the Copa Del Rey. If he cannot successfully defend the UEFA Champions league, Ancelotti could leave Real Madrid via mutual consent. Manchester City’s manager, Manuel Pellegrini who also left Real Madrid by mutual consent is definitely on his way out of the Etihad as he is set to finish the season trophy-less after being joint top of the league with Chelsea in January. Ancelotti has revealed that he would be interested in a move back to England and he hinted at a possible move to Manchester City describing them as one of the biggest teams in England and a squad with plenty potential.
It would be good to see Ancelotti back in the Premier league as the league can currently boast of only three manager who have lifted the trophy: Jose Mourinho, Arsene Wenger and Manuel Pellegrini
