Johnny Depp‘s absence on set has led to a hold in the shooting of Pirates Of The Carribean: Dead Men Tell No Tales.
Depp, 51, left the set on March 10 to have surgery on a hand injury.
A spokesman for Jerry Bruckheimer Films, which is making the film for Disney, said production on Pirates of the Caribbean 5 “will be minimally impacted by Johnny Depp’s injury. Production will absolutely continue when he returns.”
Reports have however claimed that Depp was in rehab, not having surgery on a broken hand, and Disney executives are said to be doing all they can to get him back on track as soon as is possible.
