Borussia Dortmund’s season has not gone to plan and today’s 3-0 loss at the hands of Juventus may have just put the final nail on the coffin of the 2013 UEFA Champions league finalists as Tevez and Morata were instrumental to the eliminatoion of the Germans from this season’s champions league.

It took just 65 seconds for Tevez to give Juventus the lead with a thumping shot from outside the box. Dortmund offered very little going forward as they struggled to get a foothold on the game. Juventus started to dominate the game in the second half but as the game went on, Dortmund pressed forward in search of an equalizer are were caught as Tevez set up Morata for a tap in in the 70th minute before the Argentine got his brace and completed the scoring on the night with a cool finish to give Juventus a 5-1 aggregate win.

Dortmund would now solely face the relegation battle they are entrenched in in the Bundesliga as they struggle to salvage something from their season.
