Interim Head Coach, Daniel Amokachi has named a 27 man squad for Nigeria’s friendly clashes against Bolivia in Uyo and South Africa in South Africa on the 26th and 29th of this month respectively.
Amokachi has invited 10 home based players to the squad including Kano Pillars’ Ubong Moses and Nelson Ogbonaya of Heartlands. The foreign bases players are the usual suspects including Vincent Enyeama and Ogenyi Onazi. Ideye Brown is set to make his return to the Super Eagles after a two year absence and Sone Aluko retained his place in the side. Odion Ighalo also made gthe side while Chelsea’s Victor Moses, currently on Loan at Stoke City has been placed on Stand By.
