Patience Jonathan who was reported to have been absent at the rally, which was held at the Kaduna Township Stadium, was represented by the wife of the Vice President, Amina Sambo.
She, however, attended another rally in Port-Harcourt, capital of her home state of Rivers.
Mrs Sambo, urged women from the North-West to vote for Jonathan during the March 28 rescheduled election.
She called on the women to come out en mass and vote for the President without fear of intimidation or harassment from the opposition party.
During the rally, Kaduna State Governor Mukhtar Yero boasted that the PDP would win the March 28 and April 11 elections in the state, saying Kaduna had been a PDP state and would remain so even after the elections.
