Brahimi Would Cost Manchester City 40 Million Euros: Porto

share on:

Manchester City are believed to be on the trail of BBC African footballer of the year, Yacine Brahimi but the Premier league champions have been told by Porto that they would only let the Algerian leave for 40 million euros.

Manchester City were reported to be willing to pay 33 million euros but Porto have made it clear that they would not let the midfielder leave for anything less than 40 million euros which is his buyout clause. Manchester City are looking to strengthen their squad for a challenge next season as they seem to be losing the race for the premier league trophy and may also lose James Milner in the summer too.

If Manchester City agree to the deal for Yacine Bahimi, he would become the most expensive African footballer.
