Joachim Low of Germany was named manager of the year in a vote that was increadibly close between three very talented managers: Carlo Ancelotti, who won the champions league and club world cup and Diego Simeone, who won the la liga and managed Atletico to the Champions league final.

Joachim Low managed the German team that conquered the world in July 2014 leading them to victory at the world cup
