The brand has a long history with Japan. In early 50’s Christian Dior designed a series of looks in fabrics from Kyoto’s famous Tatsumura workshop. The Japanese were also the first customers for his signature menswear line in the 90’s. The show witnessed a large number of supporters who gathered to see pieces including short plaid dresses, sequin turtlenecks, Bar coats, Sweater dresses, wide-leg trousers, sleeveless bar dresses etc.
